Tasting Notes:

The traditional malolactic fermentation gives this Chardonnay a creamy finish. Hints of oak and toasted caramel.

Winemaker Notes:

Picked at different times throughout the year, early to preserve citrus aromas and the bulk of the harvest later in the year for ripeness and tropical fruit aromas.  Aged in older French oak for 15 months.
