This very spacious home is the perfect place for an entire family or friends to entertain and all be together...or separate as there is a lot of space. The view on the top of the hill gives you a great view of our 200+ year old oak tree. Enjoy our 2nd story porch or large side patio for some of the best sunsets over the lake you will ever see!
Enjoy the life of a vineyard owner! This historic house was the house that Ventosa Vineyards owners lived in (when not in Florida) since the 90s with their family. Enjoy panoramic views of Seneca Lake and our vineyards! Get your camera ready for some of the best sunset photos you will ever see over Seneca Lake & downtown Geneva! This house will create lasting memories where you will want to come back year after year to create more!
There are several options to enjoy your morning coffee as well as cocktails/wine during sunset on any of our 3 porch/patio areas. When entering the main entrance, you will notice our front porch, which is perfect for your morning coffee. Upon entering our foyer, you can see straight back to the West side of the house where our vineyards and Seneca Lake can be seen.
The main floor offers a generously sized kitchen with an island, perfect for preparing meals and hosting gatherings. The dining room, featuring a stunning view of Seneca Lake, accommodates a large table for 12 or more guests beneath a dazzling Murano glass Italian chandelier. Adjacent is a spacious living area where you can unwind, watch TV, play games, or dive into a good book. This level also includes a convenient half bath, a full bath with sauna & steam room, and a laundry room for added comfort and ease.
Step outside our kitchen doors to discover a spacious patio, the perfect spot for enjoying the warmer seasons. Once spring arrives, the patio will be beautifully furnished with plenty of seating, inviting you to relax and take in the stunning sunsets. From here, you’ll have a front-row view of our iconic 200-year-old oak tree—Ventosa’s signature symbol—and the charming sights of Downtown Geneva.
As you ascend the staircase, you'll find a charming porch on the landing that offers an elevated view of the lake and vineyards. The second floor is home to all the bedrooms and more full baths, as well as a convenient linen closet stocked with extra linens for your comfort.
Central air conditioning, large bath tubs, BBQ grill, bed linens, dedicated workspace, iron, tv, hair dryer, laundry facilities, free parking on premises, large entertaining kitchen & dining room, multiple outdoor dining areas, wifi, & more!
Guests must rent the whole house. We don't rent individual bedrooms. A 2-night minimum stay is required, parties or events only allowed when approved in writing. Check-in: 3pm / checkout: 10am. Please empty the trash upon your departure & lock doors.
