Group Tasting Reservations
With our location at the top of the Seneca Lake, we are the perfect starting point for your day!
Group tastings take roughly 30 minutes and are $18 for 5 samples (pre-selected flight).
Groups 6 or less: no reservations taken, 1st come, 1st served. Groups 7-12 people: reservations required by emailing . Please do not split up into smaller groups to meet this requirement or you will be asked to leave. Walk-ins accepted at Ventosa’s discretion.
*Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive the signed confirmation form from your group leader.

Notes & Details About Your Reservation
Patrons who are visibly intoxicated or under the age of 21 will not be served. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you can give us a call up to 48 hours prior to the reservation.
Call Ahead if Delayed
If your group is more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee your tasting time. Please call ahead if you are experiencing a delay so that we can (if possible) make arrangements to accommodate your group.
No Call, No Show
No call, no show groups will be charged the full amount of the tasting fees based on the number of people specified on the reservation: $15 per person.
Tasting Space is not Private
Group tastings are conducted in the same room as individual tastings and we ask that groups be mindful of the volume and content of conversations out of respect for everyone. Groups are given 45 minutes for their tasting to allow time for the next group to be set up.
Cardholder Responsibility
The cardholder accepts full responsibility for any damage, theft or unscrupulous behavior caused by the group. Intoxicated members will not be served and groups with intoxicated members may be asked to leave.
Legal Drinking Age is 21
All members of a group must be of legal drinking age and be prepared to present valid identification to prove it. If any members are caught attempting to use false identification, the group will be asked to leave and payments will be forfeited. If found sharing alcohol with an underage member, authorities will be called.
Ventosa Beverages Only on Premises
Ventosa wines are available for purchase by the bottle or glass in our tasting room, along with a select variety of beers. These are the only alcoholic beverages permitted on the premises. All other beverages must be left in your vehicle. Due to state regulations, no outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the Ventosa or on the terrace.
