We cannot thank the staff at Ventosa enough for making our night memorable and special. RJ graciously assisted us through the planning process. Phyllis and Michael hosted our weeknight event making sure that everything was perfect. The ballroom was beautiful. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to both the wedding party and our guests. The food was delicious. Even though our wedding was a small, informal affair, everyone made us feel truly special. Family and friends still comment to us how much they enjoyed themselves and how delicious the food was. One close friend said that it was the closest to perfect wedding she had ever attended. We strongly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding.
Everything about our wedding at Ventosa was everything that we hoped that it would be! RJ was beyond amazing and did everything that he could to make the day wonderful! We had such a great time, and the staff made us and all of our guests feel great! We keep hearing from everyone how accommodating the staff was, and of course, how great the food was!! We are so glad we chose Ventosa. They even went out of their way to wait until the last minute to go with the backup plan to do the wedding inside (which was also beautiful) when the weather would not cooperate. My cousins who are engaged said that they liked our wedding so much, that they now want to use Ventosa as well... we can't wait to come back!! - Kori and Mike

We wanted to thank you for doing a great job with everything leading up to and including our wedding day. It was nice to have peace of mind in knowing everything would be taken care of. Also, we wanted to pass our thanks along to Mike for doing a great job with the walk through and assisting the day of. Adam and I would like to thank each and every one on the staff for making our entire wedding experience truly and amazing experience. RJ, from the very beginning your professionalism, warmth, personability, and knowledge was impeccable. Your attention to detail and staying in touch on a regular basis made the planning an easy experience. Our guests raved about the quality of customer service from the food service to the bar service. Each table was extremely pleased. Phyllis was so attentive to us and I thank you for that as well as David and Michael. You all made our day a dream come true.
What can we say; Cat and I cannot thank Ventosa enough for making our wedding such a success. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. I hate to use the words customer service to describe it, because we felt like family. Nothing could have been any better! I was having a conversation about it with a client the other day, and I couldn’t have agreed more with her. She said a lot of people claim to have good service, but you can always tell the ones that do because they really care, and that is how Cat and I feel.
