About the Property
Enjoy the life of a vineyard owner! This historic mansion was the house that Ventosa Vineyards owners lived in (when not in Florida) since the 90s with their family. Enjoy panoramic views of Seneca Lake and our vineyards. Get your camera ready for some of the best sunset photos you will ever see over the lake & downtown Geneva! This house will create lasting memories where you will want to come back year after year to create more!

There are several options to enjoy your morning coffee as well as cocktails/wine during sunset on any of our 3 porch/patio areas. When entering the main entrance, you will notice our front porch, which is perfect for your morning coffee. Upon entering our foyer, you can see straight back to the West side of the house where our vineyards and Seneca Lake can be seen. Outside our kitchen doors, you will find a very spacious, 900 SF patio (plenty of patio furniture and seating will be set out once the weather is warmer- in the Spring). There is also a propane grill and refrigerator to help you entertain your guests. Cap off the evening with a spectacular sunset! As you go up our staircase, there is a porch on the landing where you can get an elevated view of it all: sunsets, view of our  oak tree (Ventosa’s logo), & Downtown Geneva.

The main floor has a very spacious kitchen with island and dining room to entertain at least 10 people. There is also a large living/great room to relax, play games or read. There is also a half bath, laundry room, & room with a dry sauna & enclosed steam room/bathtub.  All bedrooms & full baths are on the 2nd story along with a closet with extra linens.

The mansion (built 1890) is located at 3514 East Lake Road, Geneva, NY 14456. The mansion is located at the very top of the wine trail with a winery/cafe next door and brewery across the street. Located on 65 acers of Seneca Lake frontage in the midst of Ventosa Vineyards & winery. The mansion contains 5,100 SF of usable space (2) fully furnished porches and a 900 SF deck complete with plenty of seating, refrigerator, freezer, & char grill. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Seneca Lake with five (5) bedrooms (4) full baths up and (2) down stairs with a spa room with dry sauna & steam-bath with jacuzzi tub.

The property is fully furnished and equipped with the following amenities:
Kitchen equipment- microwave, air-fry oven, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, all typical appliances, refrigerator-freezer-icemaker, gas range, (2) ovens. Fully furnished dining room seating (10). Potable water system is fed by a natural spring-fed well with all modern filtration, UV and softening system. Washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs in kitchen/living room/master bedroom, wi-fi, ironing equipment, hair driers, linens and more. The Mansion is supported by a back-up generator in the event of a power outage. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products are available in the property for use. Guest(s) responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages. Lunch is served daily next door at the Ventosa Vineyards’ Café Toscana.
